Here's exactly how you ask for a Google review that will drive immediate results. Hey, welcome to the insurance buzz. I am your host, Michael Weaver, and I'm flying solo today. And if you want more Google reviews, that is exactly what I'm going to be reviewing with you today. The exact process on how to drive more Google reviews every single day from your customers that absolutely love you. So let's get right into it. This is one of my favorite things to ask for because people love helping you. Your customers love you. They want to tell people about you. And Google Reviews give them a platform to do that. And the best part about this is where most consumers are still going today to look for insurance. Google. If you show up before anybody else on Google, or let's say you have 300, 400, 500, 1,000 Google Reviews, and the agent down the road has two, who do you think that they're going with? They're going with you because you have the credibility. You have the credibility which automatically gives the consumer more confidence in working with you and doing business with you because others are talking about you and they're talking about their experience and how incredible their experience was working with your office. And here's the thing: you have 500 reviews, and 498 of them are five-star, and you have two one-star. Who cares? Who cares? So this is what this episode is about. Specifically, let's get into this and just knock this out because this process is easy. It's simple. I'm going to be going through the four-step process and exactly what to say. So when you get done with a customer, it doesn't matter if you just helped them out with their new business P and C and maybe life, whatever, you were servicing a customer. Does not matter. You just got done with an appointment. Here's exactly how you ask for a Google review that will drive immediate results. Immediate results. Number one, repeat after me. Will you help me? Will you help me? Would you be willing to help me out today? Hey Michael, would you be willing to help me out today? See how easy that is now. I know asking for help can be kind of difficult for some of us. Myself included. But you have to ask for help. Hey Michael, would you be willing to help me out today? And what's Michael going to say? Yes. Of course. What's up? What do you need? Maybe they're like, maybe, what's up? All right, number two. Awesome. Thank you so much. Hey, I just text over a link. Did you receive that? Awesome. Thank you so much. I just text over a link. Did you receive that? Yes, I did. It's weird, I'm role-playing with myself, but this is literally how the conversation goes. Yep, I did. Yep. Yeah, it looks like it's here. Awesome. Well, hey, if you'll do me a favor, just real fast, if you'll click on that link to make sure it works. We know how technology is sometimes, sometimes the links are invalid. Can you just make sure it works real fast? It should take you to our Google page. I repeat, this is step three. Hey, if you could, just click on that link real fast to make sure it works. But you know how technology is, sometimes, sometimes things mess up. It should take you to our Google page. If you could, Michael, just take 30 seconds right now and go ahead and leave us a five-star rating and review on Google and just tell people a little bit about your experience in working with me. And if you could actually name drop, that would be even better, Michael. That'd be incredible. Once you're done leaving that five-star Google review, if you could just let me know when you submitted it, I'll make sure it comes through on my side. I'll repeat step four. Okay, so if you could just go ahead and leave a five-star rating and review and go ahead and tell people just a little bit about our office and maybe even name drop me. That'd be incredible. Just take 30 seconds, not a lot of time. Leave that five-star rating and review. And when you're done and you hit submit, let me know and I'll make sure it comes through on my side.
