About Steve:
As a salesperson, sales manager, author of the book, Can They Sell, speaker, trainer, and consultant, Steve Suggs has been in the sales trenches for thirty-nine years. Steve obtained his business degree at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. Upon graduation, he began his career in sales at Northwestern Mutual and quickly moved to sales management. After fifteen years in sales and sales management with Northwestern Mutual, he has spent the last 22 years as a partner
with Sales Manage Solutions. Steve has trained thousands of managers to recruit and coach the best, and he speaks to up to 50 managers weekly on the phone, coaching managers to avoid hiring salespeople who they like but can’t sell. For the past 39 years, Steve has been married to his college sweetheart Tammy and enjoys his two adult children, their spouses, and his 4 grandchildren.
